Starting setup

Availability depends on your unlocks

Recommended character

Orange Rabbit

Debuff damage +14% strengthens damage over time. The defense -8 penalty calls for repositioning after attacks and equipment that improves survival.

Fruit skewer 6 total

  • Cherry(Curse)×3
  • Wind Spirit Fruit(Wind Song)×2
  • Peanut(Sturdy)×1

Wishing fountain Fountain usage 8 of 9

  • Neutralizer NoirCapacity 4
  • Warrior SealCapacity 4
Why this choice
Prepare Neutralizer Noir and Warrior Seal at the Wishing Fountain. This uses 8/9 capacity, and the items must be unlocked first. Then collect items in the same categories to complete the target combos.

Talents 50 points

  • Willpower20
  • Swiftness20
  • Wrath10
Why this choice
Willpower 20 adds 15 maximum HP and 25 maximum MP and provides 9 Wishing Fountain capacity. Swiftness 20 adds 20% attack speed, 8 evasion, and 1 dash charge. It also increases dash recovery speed and final weapon damage. At level 20, dash invincibility lasts 0.1 seconds longer, with an additional final weapon damage bonus. Wrath 10 adds 10% critical chance and 20% critical damage. Damage dealt to bosses and minibosses also increases by 10%. Uses 50 points in total.

Recommended miracle

Duelist

  • Attack speed +24%
  • Gain 1 Wind Song artifact (selected from unlocked, eligible candidates)
Why this choice
Add 24% attack speed to chain attacks quickly, and gain 1 Wind Song artifact to help build combos. The granted item is selected from candidates that meet the unlock and eligibility requirements, so a particular core item is not guaranteed.

Stat priorities

  1. Aggravated Wound and debuff damage
  2. Attack speed
  3. Physical damage and normal attack damage
  4. Core artifact levels and defensive stats

02 · SYNERGY

Target bonds and core items

Prioritize the items below when available. Reaching the target combo requires additional items of the same category and their placement; leveling an item alone does not increase the combo count.

Primary

Curse

4Combo target
  • Neutralizer Noir

Increase debuff damage at the cost of critical chance. Choose it when focusing on debuff damage rather than critical hits from direct attacks.

  • Oink Shaman’s Necklace

Extend debuffs applied to enemies, making their effects easier to maintain during pauses in attacking.

  • Scrap of Red Cloth

Deal additional damage based on the number of debuffs on the enemy. Apply debuffs first, then use follow-up hits to exploit the effect.

Bond choices and conditions
Increase Wound damage and duration, and strengthen follow-up damage against debuffed enemies. You do not need every recommended item. Reach the target combo with other items in the same category and placement bonuses.
Support

Wind Song

6Combo target
  • Sword Training Manual

Increase attack speed to chain weapon attacks more quickly.

  • Wanderer's Necklace

Increase attack speed and your highest elemental damage. Support your main element while repeating attacks.

Bond choices and conditions
Increase attack speed to stack and refresh Wound with the 3-hit sequence. You do not need every recommended item. Reach the target combo with other items in the same category and placement bonuses.
Support

Sturdy

4Combo target
  • Warrior Seal

Increase physical damage and attack speed to strengthen weapon attacks.

  • Begonia Sachet

Increase normal attack damage. Use it with weapon effects that benefit from normal attack bonuses.

Bond choices and conditions
Increase physical damage and normal-attack damage to support direct hits as well. You do not need every recommended item. Reach the target combo with other items in the same category and placement bonuses.

03 · HOW TO PLAY

Playing this build

1Early preparation

With the Steel Greatsword, use normal attack chains at the edge of your reach and Whirlwind charged safely in advance. Look for openings after enemy attacks so you do not get hit while charging. Use the items prepared at the Wishing Fountain; the final weapon's unique effect becomes available after evolution.

2Upgrades and transition

Steel Greatsword → Crimson Thorn → Crimson Vortex. Intermediate weapon effect: Attacks the target and inflicts Wound. After the final evolution: Normal and dash attacks become triple hits, each dealing 40% of the original damage, and Wound's maximum stacks increase by 6. Hit the same enemy consecutively to build wounds, then retreat during danger and use damage over time.

3Combat loop

  1. Land a normal or dash triple-hit attack on the same target.
  2. Build wound stacks, then move through dangerous patterns.
  3. While damage over time continues, find the next safe moment to refresh stacks.

Boss fights

Land all three hits during boss openings and retreat when threatened. Together they deal 120% of the original single hit's base damage, but this does not mean a 20% damage increase for the entire build.

Without the core items

Without Neutralizer Noir, extend duration with Oink Shaman’s Necklace and strengthen direct hits with Warrior Seal.

Cautions and scope of verification

Conditions to watch

  • Check that every hit in the chain lands on the same enemy.
  • Do not force critical-reducing equipment and a high critical-chance target into the same plan.

Needs further verification

No specific unresolved issues are listed. This does not mean performance has been verified in actual play.
