01 · SETUP

Starting setup

Availability depends on your unlocks

Recommended character

Frog

Use 15% lightning damage amplification and the starting Lightning Arrow spellbook (skill used: Lightning Bolt). Physical damage amplification decreases by 20%, so do not rely solely on physical hits. The penalty to the physical damage portion remains after evolution.

Fruit skewer 6 total

  • Pineapple(Magitech)×3
  • Cherry(Curse)×2
  • Wind Spirit Fruit(Wind Song)×1

Wishing fountain Fountain usage 8 of 9

  • Charm of LightningCapacity 3
  • Zap BugCapacity 5
Why this choice
Prepare Charm of Lightning and Zap Bug at the Wishing Fountain. This uses 8/9 capacity, and the items must be unlocked first. Then collect items in the same categories to complete the target combos.

Talents 50 points

  • Willpower20
  • Swiftness20
  • Wrath10
Why this choice
Willpower 20 adds 15 maximum HP and 25 maximum MP and provides 9 Wishing Fountain capacity. Swiftness 20 adds 20% attack speed, 8 evasion, and 1 dash charge. It also increases dash recovery speed and final weapon damage. At level 20, dash invincibility lasts 0.1 seconds longer, with an additional final weapon damage bonus. Wrath 10 adds 10% critical chance and 20% critical damage. Damage dealt to bosses and minibosses also increases by 10%. Uses 50 points in total.

Recommended miracle

Electromancer

  • Lightning damage +7
  • Electrocution damage +18%
  • Gain 1 Magitech artifact (selected from unlocked, eligible candidates)
Why this choice
Add 7 lightning damage and 18% Electrocution damage to strengthen lightning attacks and Electrocution. Also gain 1 Magitech artifact. The granted item is selected from candidates that meet the unlock and eligibility requirements, so a particular core item is not guaranteed.

Stat priorities

  1. Electrocution stacks and Enhanced Electrocution
  2. Debuff damage and duration
  3. Attack speed
  4. Core artifact levels and defensive stats

02 · SYNERGY

Target bonds and core items

Prioritize the items below when available. Reaching the target combo requires additional items of the same category and their placement; leveling an item alone does not increase the combo count.

Primary

Magitech

10Combo target
  • Thunderstorm Tracking Compass

Applying Electrocution has a chance to apply Enhanced Electrocution, while lightning damage also increases.

  • Zap Bug

Improve Electrocution stacking. Some item levels provide a bonus of 0, so check the current effect.

  • Charm of Lightning

Increase lightning damage to strengthen lightning attacks and related artifacts.

Bond choices and conditions
Use Electrocution stacks and enhanced Electrocution, and increase lightning damage. You do not need every recommended item. Reach the target combo with other items in the same category and placement bonuses. Treat 10 combo as a late-game goal and use the intermediate tiers along the way. When using extra slots, also consider defensive equipment and slab placement. Leveling ordinary artifacts alone does not increase the combo count.
Support

Curse

4Combo target
  • Neutralizer Noir

Increase debuff damage at the cost of critical chance. Choose it when focusing on debuff damage rather than critical hits from direct attacks.

  • Oink Shaman’s Necklace

Extend debuffs applied to enemies, making their effects easier to maintain during pauses in attacking.

  • Scrap of Red Cloth

Deal additional damage based on the number of debuffs on the enemy. Apply debuffs first, then use follow-up hits to exploit the effect.

Bond choices and conditions
Increase Electrocution damage and duration to keep dealing damage during brief pauses in attacking. You do not need every recommended item. Reach the target combo with other items in the same category and placement bonuses.
Support

Wind Song

4Combo target
  • Sword Training Manual

Increase attack speed to chain weapon attacks more quickly.

  • Wanderer's Necklace

Increase attack speed and your highest elemental damage. Support your main element while repeating attacks.

Bond choices and conditions
Increase attack speed to apply and refresh Electrocution quickly. You do not need every recommended item. Reach the target combo with other items in the same category and placement bonuses.

03 · HOW TO PLAY

Playing this build

1Early preparation

While using Steel Greatsword, combine the starting Lightning Arrow grimoire (which casts Lightning Bolt) with weapon attacks. Physical damage amplification is reduced by 20%, so use magic to supplement your damage. Charge Whirlwind from a safe position before enemies close in. Use the items prepared at the Wishing Fountain; the final weapon's unique effect becomes available after evolution.

2Upgrades and transition

Steel Greatsword → Lightning Greatsword "E2G" → Lightning Greatsword "S3G". Intermediate weapon effect: When performing a Weapon Attack, deal additional damage to the target equal to 30% of Lightning Damage. After the final evolution: Weapon attacks apply Electrocution, and Electrocution damage increases by 33%. Raise its stacks and debuff damage so damage continues while you retreat after attacking.

3Combat loop

  1. Stack Electrocution through weapon attacks.
  2. Refresh stacks from a safe distance until Electrocution damage occurs.
  3. When the boss uses a major attack, retreat while maintaining debuff damage, then reengage.

Boss fights

Do not force close combat just before Electrocution triggers. Prioritize maintaining Electrocution and surviving, then rebuild stacks during safe attack windows.

Without the core items

Without Zap Bug, supplement lightning damage and Enhanced Electrocution with Charm of Lightning and Thunderstorm Tracking Compass.

Cautions and scope of verification

Conditions to watch

  • Applying Electrocution with your weapon does not automatically generate Storm Clouds.
  • Magitech 10 has a high slot cost; first secure core-item levels at thresholds 4 and 8.

Needs further verification
