03 · HOW TO PLAY
Playing this build
1Early preparation
At the base Colossal Crossbow stage, use Fire Bolt to compensate for reduced physical damage. At this stage, attack speed increases normal firing speed.
2Upgrades and transition
Fire Mine changes weapon attacks to be based on the fire element. After evolving into Mini Cannon, attack speed increases grenade damage and area, so focus on hitting groups together.
3Combat loop
- Fire grenades where enemies gather.
- Move before the next shot to line up approaching enemies again.
- Reload when the magazine empties and hit multiple enemies together with the larger blast.
Boss fights
Aim where the boss will land or finish moving. Do not stand still expecting a higher firing rate.
Without the core items
Without Flaming Eye Patch, maintain attack speed conversion with Silver Bracelet or Golden Cloak, and add fire damage with Dragoncense.
